To relieve painful muscles, spasms, sore joints and other hard to reach areas or areas that are difficult or painful to massage. Ginger warms, peppermint cools, rosemary stimulates circulation and lavender relaxes, while menthol adds to the cooling effect contrasting the warming of ginger and rosemary.

Application/s:
Simply spray the essential oils onto the painful area for quick relief. No need to massage if the area is too painful. This water-based solution will not stain clothing.
