Returns & Refund Policy

At Aromatic Apothecary, we take great care in formulating and preparing each product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase so we can discuss a suitable resolution, whether that be a return, replacement, or exchange.

Due to the nature of our products, which are primarily health and personal care items, we can only accept returns on products that are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed condition.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you have received a product that is damaged, defective, or not as expected, please let us know as soon as possible.

We will carefully assess the situation and, depending on the circumstances, offer a replacement, repair, or refund. In some cases, we may request images or further information to assist with the process.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed. Please allow a few working days for the transaction to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

Returns Process

All return requests must be submitted within the 7-day period. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Please note that return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Administration Fee

All approved returns or refunds may, at the discretion of Aromatic Apothecary®, incur a 10% administration fee, particularly in cases where the return process involves significant handling or processing.
