Supporting stiff joints, muscle cramps, sports-related aches and everyday muscle and joint discomfort. The warming and stimulating properties of the blend make it particularly suited to tired, tense muscles and areas of stiffness.

How to use

Bath: Add 5ml to a bath and relax for at least 10 minutes, allowing the aromatic blend to be enjoyed as part of a soothing bathing ritual.

Massage: Apply a small amount directly to the affected area and massage gently using circular movements or strokes. For a full-body massage, approximately 10ml is sufficient.
